    Lead Instructor

    Nicole came to Pilates as a way to build muscle and mindfulness in an interesting and challenging way. Her background is in mat Pilates but she fell in love with the Reformer. She joined the Club Pilates family in June 2019 and is so happy to be a part of this community! Her classes are dynamic, thoughtful and a great way to strengthen body and mind.

    Kendra received her comprehensive Pilates certification to include Mat and Reformer Pilates. I took my first reformer class as a student and fell in love with the class format and had to learn more. I love Reformer Pilates because it is a low impact full body workout focusing on core, strength, balance and spine alignment to move better and feel better in your mind and body. Kendra completed her Balanced Body Reformer Pilates Training at CSM with Sarah Artha Negara. She also teaches Yoga, Cycle, TRX and has a NASM personal trainer certification. Kendra believes in the Pilates movement and teaches to align and improve movement with the body. It is all about movement and corrective alignment while engaging the core. A strong body is a strong Mind. I look forward to having you in my class.

    Instructor

    Jen DeLaney, MSPT, MA, MPH, is a licensed and currently practicing Physical Therapist who has spent the last decade sharing her career as a Pilates Instructor. Jen is also a licensed yoga instructor with certifications in body rolling and TRX. She has been a lifelong swimmer, collegiate rower and a former triathlon coach. Jen believes that “motion is lotion” to the body mind and spirit. In her spare time, Jen enjoys hiking, swimming, dining out, volunteering, spending time with her dog Tucker and exploring the Bay Area. Should an injury sideline or hinder you, Jen welcomes any questions you may have!

  • Jocelyn

    Instructor

    Jocelyn taught group fitness for over 13 years! When she stopped in 2015, she did not think she would return to teaching any kind of movement class again. She joined Club Pilates in January of 2019 and everything changed. She quickly fell in love with the method, the movement, and the feeling all of it! She loves working with all the members to see so much progress all around. In addition to teaching Pilates, Jocelyn is a mom to her son. She LOVES photography. She takes pictures of everything from family, pilates, travel and food. She enjoys spending time with her friends. Jocelyn looks forward to many years of teaching this amazing method with Club Pilates and meeting more amazing people along the way as they continue their Pilates journey together!
